MCZ DIRECT terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to orders placed on the MCZ DIRECT website, operated by MTL Global Commerce & Solutions Limited. MCZ DIRECT is also known as MCZDirect, MCZDIRECT, MCZ Direct and formerly My Camera Zone.
MCZ DIRECT is an online store specialising in photo and video equipment, including cameras, lenses, accessories and equipment from major photography and video brands.

The MCZ DIRECT website is operated by MTL Global Commerce & Solutions Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong under business registration number 297498935.

2. Scope
These terms apply to any order placed on the MCZ DIRECT website by an individual or professional customer. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These terms should be read together with our dedicated information pages: VAT and customs duties, MCZ DIRECT warranty, cancellation and returns and customer service contact.
3. Products
The products offered on MCZ DIRECT are described on their respective product pages. We aim to present the essential characteristics of each product clearly, including brand, model, condition, compatibility, included accessories, warranty and useful order information.
Product photos, descriptions and technical information are provided to help customers choose the right product. If in doubt before ordering, customers can contact our customer service team at contact@mczdirect.com.
4. Prices, VAT and customs duties
Prices displayed on MCZ DIRECT are shown in euros. The applicable price is the price shown when the order is confirmed.
For countries covered by our final price policy, MCZ DIRECT applies a clear rule: the price displayed at checkout is the final price shown to the customer. Detailed information is available on our VAT and customs duties page.
Any applicable delivery costs are shown before the final confirmation of the order.
5. Order process
The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, enters the required delivery information and chooses one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Before confirmation, the customer can review the order details, correct any errors and confirm the purchase. The order is considered registered after payment validation and confirmation by MCZ DIRECT.
MCZ DIRECT reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious error, product unavailability, suspected fraud, incomplete information or payment difficulty.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Depending on the country and available options, payment may be offered by credit card, bank transfer or a partner payment solution.
The order is processed after effective payment validation. If payment is refused, incomplete or not received, the order cannot be shipped.
7. Delivery
MCZ DIRECT delivers orders to the countries indicated on the website. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, carrier, destination country and required logistics checks.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. MCZ DIRECT cannot be held responsible for delay or delivery failure caused by an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address.
If a delivery issue occurs, the customer should contact MCZ DIRECT customer service so the situation can be checked with the carrier.
8. Cancellation
The customer may request cancellation of an order by contacting MCZ DIRECT customer service. If the order has not yet been prepared, shipped or handed over to the carrier, cancellation can be processed directly.
If the order has already been prepared, shipped or handed over to the carrier, customer service will provide the appropriate instructions. No administrative fee or processing fee will be retained by MCZ DIRECT when a cancellation or return request is accepted.
9. Returns and refunds
Return and refund requests are handled according to the conditions stated on our Cancellation and returns page.
The customer has 14 days after receiving the order to request a return. The product must be returned new, without signs of use, complete, clean, protected and with the accessories, manuals, cables, batteries, chargers, packaging and protective materials supplied with the product.
Before any return, the customer must contact MCZ DIRECT customer service to receive the appropriate instructions. This helps avoid address errors, processing delays or unidentified parcels.
After the returned product has been received and checked, the refund is processed using the original payment method where possible.
10. Defective or non-conforming products
If the customer receives a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, they should contact MCZ DIRECT customer service as soon as possible with the order number, a description of the issue and, where necessary, photos that help identify the situation.
MCZ DIRECT will review the request and indicate the appropriate solution: inspection, return, repair, replacement or refund depending on the case and applicable rights.
11. Warranty
Products sold by MCZ DIRECT benefit from the 3-year MCZ DIRECT commercial warranty, according to the conditions described on our Warranty conditions page.
This commercial warranty is in addition to applicable statutory rights and does not limit them. The detailed conditions, exclusions and support process are explained on the warranty page.
12. Liability
MCZ DIRECT makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on the website is accurate and that orders are processed correctly. However, technical, typographical or availability errors may occasionally occur.
MCZ DIRECT cannot be held liable for indirect damage, business interruption, data loss or misuse of a product purchased on the website.
13. Personal data
Personal data provided during an order or contact request is used to process the order, provide customer support, manage delivery, billing, warranty and after-sales requests.
