Are the items you sell new and original? Why are they so cheap?

Our products are exclusively new and authentic, sourced directly from trusted suppliers and resellers worldwide. This purchasing strategy allows us to offer competitive prices thanks to bulk purchases and an exclusively online operational structure, reducing our costs and allowing us to propose advantageous prices. Packaging may be opened for conformity checks, unless otherwise indicated.

 

Are imported items inferior to those from the "official distribution"?

Absolutely not. Imported items and those from the official distribution are identical in terms of manufacturing, components, and quality. They come from the same factories and meet the same quality standards, offering the same features and performance.

 

What are the differences for the customer then?

The main difference lies in the more attractive price of imported products and specific warranty conditions. Imported products offer excellent value for money, with extended warranty support available through our service, despite the ineligibility for European manufacturers' promotions.

 

Taxes, VAT, customs duty?

As exporters, our prices are presented without VAT, with no additional tax for deliveries within the EU. Customers are encouraged to inquire about local tax and customs rules. For all deliveries, no tax or customs fee will be requested by the carrier upon delivery.

 

I paid by bank transfer, how does this work?

Your order is reserved for 3 to 4 working days, the time needed to receive and confirm your payment. An email notification will be sent to you as soon as the payment is effectively received.

 

Can I cancel my order? How to do it?

Can I request a manufacturer's discount for items I purchase on your site?

Products purchased on our site are not eligible for discounts or promotions offered by manufacturers. We also do not offer price protection or refunds for the difference after purchase.
