Cancellation & Returns
You have up to 14 days to return the product in its original condition.
You must return it to us at our head office in Singapore. Please let us know by sending an email. To do so, it is necessary that the product has not been used or shows signs of use, whether physical or inside the product. Products must be returned in their original condition: new, with all accessories and protective films for another use of the product as a new one. When we get the receipt and after verification of your return, you will be refunded. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the return will be refused. You’ll then have to pay the delivery fees.
About accessories such as batteries, filters, memory cards, etc. If the package has been opened, we will not make either a refund or an exchange.
If you change your mind you are allowed to cancel your order, without any additional fee, only if the order is still being processed and/or as long as the ordered items have not been packed or delivered to you yet. In this case you will get a full refund of the order.(Except bank transfer and online payments)
If the order is in the process of being handled by our warehouse (which includes operations like picking item from the shelf, packing it and arranging delivery documents) or if the order has already been handled over to the forwarding company for delivery to your location, you may still cancel the order but an administrative fee of 15.00 Eur + a return fee will be deducted from the refund.
