1. Requesting a return
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Before sending a product back, please contact our customer service team so we can review your request and provide the correct return instructions. This helps avoid address errors, processing delays or unidentified parcels.
To submit your request, use our Contact MCZ DIRECT page and include your order number and the product concerned.
2. Condition of the returned product
The product must be returned new, without signs of use, complete, clean, protected and in a condition that allows our team to inspect it properly. Please include the accessories, manuals, cables, batteries, chargers, packaging and protective materials supplied with the product.
We recommend packing the parcel carefully to reduce the risk of damage during transport.
3. Accessories and sealed products
Some accessories or sealed products may require specific checks if they have been opened. Our customer service team will confirm the appropriate procedure depending on the product concerned.
Our goal is to handle each request clearly, consistently and transparently.
4. Cancelling an order
If you change your mind, you may request cancellation of your order by contacting our customer service team as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation may be processed directly and the order refund will be issued.
If the order has already been prepared, shipped or handed over to the carrier, our customer service team will provide the appropriate instructions. In this case, the request may be handled as a return, according to the conditions stated on this page.
No administrative fee or processing fee will be retained by MCZ DIRECT for an accepted cancellation or return request.
5. Refund
After the returned product has been received and checked, the refund is processed using the original payment method where possible.
