Sony Alpha 7 III
The full-frame Sony Alpha A7 III camera features a back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS image sensor with a resolution of 24.2 MP and high ISO performance. The camera delivers high-quality 4K video quality, a wide dynamic range of up to 15 stops at low ISO sensitivity and excellent resolution with noise reduction. The A7 III offers fast shooting with up to 10 fps in combination with no less than 693 phase detection AF points covering 93% of the image, as well as 425 contrast AF points. Thanks to these features and the compact housing, the A7 III is a versatile and accessible tool for all types of photographers, ranging from hobbyists to professionals.
The full-frame 24.2 MP Exmor R CMOS image sensor is paired with a new, improved BIONZ X processing sensor and a front-end LSI that maximizes overall performance. This results in a 1.8 times faster processing speed than the Alpha A7 II. These powerful components work together to enable the camera to shoot at higher speeds and at the same time an impressive ISO range of 100 - 51200 (expandable to ISO 50 - 204800 for still images) and a 1.5-stop improvement of image quality possible. The camera has a wide dynamic range of up to 15 stops at low sensitivity. In addition, various innovations have been applied for a more accurate color reproduction of skin tones.
AF response and tracking speed are greatly improved compared to the predecessor: almost twice the focus speed in low-light conditions and 2x tracking speed. This results in a reliable focusing system with excellent precision and accuracy. The acclaimed Eye AF function is also available in this new camera (also in AF-C mode).
The updated image processor of the Alpha 7 III enables 24.2 MP in 10 fps shooting and is equipped with precise AF/AE tracking for up to 177 JPEG/RAW images or 89 uncompressed RAW images. This super-fast 10 fps mode is available with a mechanical shutter or completely silent recording. The camera can also record continuously at up to 8 fps in Live View mode with minimal delay in the viewfinder or on the LCD screen. These super-fast options allow even fast-moving subjects and volatile moments to be captured accurately and in detail.

High-quality 4K video quality
The Alpha 7 III is ideal as a video camera and offers 4K video recordings (3840 x 2160 pixels) over the full width of the full-frame image sensor. For recordings in Super 35 mm the camera uses readout of each pixel without pixel binding resulting in 2.4x the data for 4K images. The camera can oversample this - producing high-quality 4K footage with exceptional detail and depth. The new HLG image profile (Hybrid Log-Gamma) on the Alpha 7 III supports a direct HDR workflow, allowing HDR (HLG) -compatible TVs to play lifelike 4K HDR images. Furthermore, both S-Log2 and S-Log3 are available for more color gradation. The camera can also record Full HD at 120 fps with a maximum of 100 Mbps, allowing the footage to be edited in 4x or 5x slow-motion video files in Full HD resolution with AF tracking.
XGA OLED Tru-Finder
The Alpha 7 III features XGA OLED Tru-Finder with high resolution and high contrast with around 2.3 million dots for a highly accurate, lifelike reproduction of details. The image quality settings 'Standard' and 'High' are also available for both the viewfinder and the monitor. Seamless file transfer to a smartphone, tablet, computer or ftp-server via Wi-Fi is also possible, just like the use of the SuperSpeed USB (USB 3.1 Gen 1) Type-C connection for extra flexibility in terms of power supply and higher transfer speed as the camera is connected.
Sony SEL 24-70mm F2.8 GM
The Sony 24-70mm F2.8 GM FE Full Frame is the perfect camera lens to fully exploit the potential of current and future cameras with high resolution. Thanks to a constant maximum aperture of F2.8 it is easy to maintain constant exposure settings throughout the entire zoom range. Thus, you create nice recordings in low light and good shutter speeds for fast action scenes. That way, a consistently spectacular picture quality is ensured at every aperture and focal length.
This lens also features a newly developed XA-lens element (extremely aspheric), which with unprecedented surface precision contributes to a stunning resolution from corner to corner and beautiful details throughout the zoom range. The element also plays a vital role in achieving smooth, soft bokeh, which can be a powerful, expressive tool in a variety of shooting situations.
Features of the Sony 24-70mm F2.8 GM FE Full Frame
- Lens construction: 18 elements in 13 groups
- Minimum focusing distance: 0,38 m
- Angle of view: 84°-34°
- XA-lens element
- Maximum magnification: 0,24x
- Constant F2.8 aperture throughout the zoom range
- Filter size: 82mm
Natural reproduction and colours
Benefit from an ED glass element (extra-low dispersion) and a Super ED glass element in an optical path that is designed to the highest standards. These elements help you to capture lifelike, natural images without unnatural coloration by restraining both axial and lateral chromatic aberration. At the same time, they optimise the subjective resolution for stunning textures and details.
More convenient to carry along thanks to the zoom lock
Zoom lenses can extend by their own weight while being transported. This may be cumbersome and increases the risk of incidental damage. A zoom lock switch provides a simple, secure way to lock the zoom mechanism so you can bring the lens carefree and safe.
Excellent Brightness and Contrast
The own anti reflective nano coating from Sony suppresses reflections that can cause glare or mirroring, especially in backlit situations. The result is consistently high contrast and high brightness with deep blacks in various shooting situations.
Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS
The Sony 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS E-mount Full Frame camera lens combines sophisticated G Lens bokeh with exceptionally high resolution. This results in an excellent constant F2.8 telephoto zoom lens which offers unparalleled rendering, rapid auto focus, and exceptional image stabilization performance. Chromatic aberration is thereby suppressed by four ED glass elements (Extra-low Dispersion) and two Super ED glass elements. You no longer suffer from colour-range so that you can capture the subject with maximum sharpness.
A sturdy construction and constant lens length during focusing and zooming provide excellent control of the Sony 70-200mm in various shooting situations. The focus locks the focus point can even be held constant while using autofocus. You can also use the button for focus limiting to adjust a focusing distance range in advance for maximum autofocus speed.

- Lens construction: 23 elements in 18 groups
- Closest focusing distance: 0.96 m
- Optical Image stabilization
- Constant F2.8 aperture
- Master G-series lens
- 11 sheets for beautiful bokeh

Fast autofocus, optimized for photo and video
Two focus groups will be quickly and precisely positioned by separate actuators: a strong ring-actuator SSM (Super Sonic wave Motor) for the front group and a double linear motor for the rear group. Improved positioning precision works through real-time feedback of various position sensors, which ensure that the autofocus system of the body can work optimally.
More refinements for incredible autofocus for films
The dual linear motor of the focusing system offers 'staggering' drive for the AF contrast detection when filming. An optical design which minimizes change in the viewing angle, plus silent mechanical workings, provide focus performance ideal for both photos and videos.
Stabilized for sharp and stable photos
High-quality image stabilizer built directly into the lens for sharp and stable photos in a wide variety of topics. The heavy stabilization lens is driven by a linear motor for high-speed, precise stabilization. Stabilization over five axles is available when using the lens housings from the alpha series with built-in image stabilization.
The best close-ups in its class
The Sony 70-200mm F2.8 OSS GM has a minimum focusing distance of 0.96 mm and a maximum magnification of 0.25x, ideal for portraits, macro and telephoto and more. Contributing refinements include ED glass elements and a floating focus mechanism to prevent problematic aberration during close-up shooting.
